Donna
Hello, my name is Donna. I live in a flat on the fourth floor together with my parents and two brothers. Every summer we fly to Greece and stay in a big hotel for ten days. I really like travelling by plane because it is so fast. My father always rents a car at the airport so we can drive around the country and visit historic monuments. My mum loves to make a boat trip around the islands but I don't. I get seasick. I'm always happy to be home again because I miss my friends and my computer.
Jeremy
I'm Jeremy and I have one brother. He's two years older than me but we are really close. We are both boy scouts and we go camping in July. It's really exciting: we cook our own meals and sleep in tents. We pack everything we need in two large backpacks. A lorry brings it all to our camping ground because we are going by bike. We ride 120 km in two days and spend the night in a youth hostel. I'm really looking forward to it because we also go hiking and spend one night in the open air!
Nigel
My name's Nigel and my parents have a restaurant on the Belgian coast so we don't go on holiday in summer. But I have a great granddad and he takes me everywhere. We take the train to go sightseeing in Brussels or Antwerp. Granddad says that travelling by train is part of the fun! And you don't have to worry about parking space or traffic jams. We also take long nature walks, I got a pair of real hiking boots for Christmas. Because nothing can beat a day out on foot!
