❓ Questions

📘 L'ordre des mots dans la question

📌 Règle💬 Exemple
Question fermée (oui/non) : A.S.I.
Auxiliary · Subject · Infinitive
Do you work ?
Question ouverte : QW.A.S.I.
Question Word · Auxiliary · Subject · Infinitive
Where do you live ?
Réponse courte à une question fermée Do you work ? → Yes, I do. / No, I don't.

⚠️ Quand who, what ou which sont sujets de la phrase, on n'utilise pas l'auxiliaire "do" :
Who stole the car ? · What makes you happy ? · Which guest arrived first ?

💡 On utilise which quand le choix est limité (parmi un ensemble connu), sinon c'est what :
What kind of music do you like ? · Which of these dresses do you prefer ?
